What is your role:

• You independently organize 3–5 events per month with 15–25 participants. 

• You are responsible for ensuring that the events run smoothly (including setup and teardown).

• You decide when and where (bar/café/restaurant) your public ArtNights take place.

• ArtNights last approx. 4 hours, including preparation and follow-up. They take place on weekday evenings and on weekends, usually in the afternoon/evening.

• You will guide the painting process so that your participants can paint their own personal work of art.

• You can choose freely from a pool of ArtNight motifs which motifs you would like to offer in your ArtNight. 

• You ensure that guests enjoy an entertaining evening in a great atmosphere.

• In addition, there is the option of hosting private ArtNights (company parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, team events, etc.), which can be requested directly from ArtNight. 

• You love taking on the role of host and offering participants a great workshop.

• You have good knowledge of acrylic or watercolor painting.

• You are empathetic and communicative.

• You are reliable and have a talent for organization.

• You take care of storing materials—at home or at your location (starter set of approx. 4 moving boxes including packaging materials).

• The marketing package for event planning: marketing, ticket sales, and customer service—we take care of it all.

• Flexibility: You decide when and where you offer your 3–5 ArtNights per month and manage your events independently on our website.

• Additional income: You receive a fixed fee per participant (there is also a minimum fee for small groups) and an additional fixed cost allowance per event.

• Great materials: We provide you with high-quality materials and all the utensils you need for the events free of charge.

• Continue your education independently: We give you access to the ArtNight Academy—our knowledge database. Here you will find everything you need to get started as an ArtNight artist.

• Fan community: Your ArtNights will draw guests' attention to you and your own art – invite them to follow you on Instagram & Facebook.
